Where healing meets expression, growth, and connection. Every person’s story is unique — and so is their healing journey. My approach to individual counselling is rooted in creating a compassionate, safe, and creative space where you can show up exactly as you are. I work with children as young as four years old, through adolescence and adulthood, supporting individuals in navigating the ebbs and flows of life with warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care. No two sessions look the same. Together, we explore what best supports you — blending traditional therapeutic frameworks with expressive, embodied, and nature-based practices. Whether it’s through talking, creating, moving, or reflecting, we’ll shape your sessions to align with your needs, goals, and unique ways of connecting to yourself and the world. Some of the modalities I draw from include: Adlerian Therapy Narrative Therapy Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Mindfulness-Based CBT Play Therapy & Sandplay Therapy Expressive Therapies (Art, Dance, Music, Yoga, Movement, Nature) Art Therapy Pet Therapy Group Therapy Somatic Mindfulness & Education Creativity and expression often open doors that words alone cannot. We might paint, draw, move, walk outdoors, explore mindfulness practices, or work with sand, play, and sensory experiences. For some, it’s quiet reflection. For others, it’s movement, laughter, and learning to breathe again. This integrative approach supports emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and deeper self-understanding.
